The Parker ECH Hose Assembly Tool features an optimized hose grip system and a dedicated set of mandrels to securely hold VDA fittings during the hose installation process. it ensures seamless assembly of straight, 45°, and 90° VDA fittings into 14mm, 18mm, and 22mm Parker ECH hose sizes. The tool’s easy to change jaw system effectively grips the three sizes of thermoplastic hose without damaging the outer jacket. The ECH Hose Assembly Tool effectively pushes the hose over the barbs on the fittings by keeping continuous pressure on the hose once the installation process has begun.
Designed for both prototyping and production environments, the tool is rugged and efficient. Its mechanical advantage reduces the required operator grip strength to just 50-60 lbs, ensuring user comfort and ease of operation during extended use.
