Return and Refund Policy

Barb-Tech™  Tools will accept returns only under the following conditions:

• All returns require a Barb-Tech™  Tool Return Authorization. Return Authorizations are valid for 30 days from date of issue. Please contact customer service at 541-204-1899 or info@barbtechtools.com for assistance.
• All returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
• Any return must be in resellable condition. Including original carrying case, loose mandrels and operation instructions.
• Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Please provide tracking information and Return Authorization at time of shipment.  Barb-Tech™  Tools does not accept collect shipments.
• Barb-Tech™  Tools is not responsible for lost shipments or damaged shipments.
• All returns will be inspected and are subject to a 20% restock fee (warrantee returns excluded).

Warrantee Returns:

• Barb-Tech™  Tools products are warranted to be free of material defects and workmanship defects, when product is used for installation of push-lock fittings only, for 1 year from date of purchase from Barb-Tech™  Tools. All other uses or use not in compliance with user instructions will deem warrantee null and void.
• Documented failure of a Barb-Tech™  Tool or parts thereof is required prior to Barb-Tech™  Tools issuing a Return Authorization. Documentation to include pictures, videos and description of application and failure. Please contact customer service at 541-204-1899 for warrantee claim assistance.
• Barb-Tech™  Tools reserves the right to repair or replace any product or parts thereof deemed to be defective at the sole discretion of Barb-Tech™  Tools.
• Barb-Tech™  Tools will assume return freight costs for any product repaired or replaced under warrantee.

 Returns are not allowed for the following conditions:

• For any Barb-Tech™  Tool product or parts thereof, that have been used or show signs of abuse.
• For any Barb-Tech™  Tool product or parts thereof, that is damaged caused by not following user instructions included with each tool.
• For any Barb-Tech™  Tool product or parts thereof, that has been used in a manner it was not designed for or approved by Barb-Tech Tools.
• For any Barb-Tech™  Tool product or parts thereof that has been exposed to an environment where bio-hazards, chemical hazards or any other health related hazard exists.
• Custom products are not returnable.

Refunds:

• Any refund is at the discretion Barb-Tech™  Tools.

Refunds will be in the form of a credit to the original form of payment.  No cash or check refunds are allowed.
